PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Permatex Copper Anti-Seize Lubricant ia s high temperature,

permium quality copper anti-seize and thread lubricant. It

contains a high percentage of micro-fine copper flakes in a

non-melting petroleum base grease carrier and fortified with

high quality rust and corrosion inhibitors, Meets or exceeds

the requirements of Military Specification Mil-A-907E.

PRODUCT BENEFITS

Permatex Copper Anti-Seize was designed specifically for

use on stainless steel or similar alloys. It protects threaded

fasteners and fittings from heat, freezing, seizure or galling

at temperatures from -30℉ to 1800 ℉. It may be used on

pumps,sensors,valves,nuts and bolts where extreme condi

tions of heat exist. Permatex Copper Anti-Seize also prov

ides good electrical conductivity.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

● Spark plug threads installed into aluminum heads

● Exhaust manifold and engine bolts

● Oxygen sensors

● Knock sensors

● Thermostat housing bolts

● Fuel filter fittings

● Battery cable connections

DIRECTIONS:STIR WELL BEFORE USE

1. Clean mating surfaces before application.

2. For best results, apply to clean, dry surfaces.

3. Clean surfaces with Permatex Brake & Parts Cleaner.

4. Wire brush any loose surface rust.

5. Apply Copper Anti-Seize to the parts that require pro

   tection.

6. Reassemble parts using normal torque values.

7. Wipe off excess material.

FOR CLEANUP

1.Clean parts with disposable towel.

2.Clean hands with Permatex brand hand cleaners.

GENERAL INFORMATION

WARNING:Not for use on wheel lug nut or stud

applications.

This product is not recommended for use in pure oxygen

and/or oxygen rich systems and should not be selected as

a lubricant for chlorine or other strong oxidizing

materials.

STORAGE

Products shall be ideally stored in a cool, dry location in

unopened containers at a temperature between 8℃ and 28 ℃

(46℉ and 82 ℉)unless otherwise labeled. Optimal storage is at

the lower half of this temperature range.
